My 20 month old daughter have all teeth and she talk perfectly like adults is the there my baby is weak that’s why all teeth come early

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello ma'am no it is not related to that you you can give anything to your baby so that the weakness of baby if any can be corrected. but still it is better to visit a pediatrician regarding this

No Why are you thinking that your child is weak which is why your child has got it early it actually has no logic to it because the thing process can start after the age of three months any time some kids have their teeth by the age of 1 1/2 years also all of them so that’s normally does not mean that they are weak
