Q.

My 20 month baby is constipated every two days she pooped I have to insert suppository, the poop is very pasty mad I see lot of good particle is there , I am unable to understand why she is constipated,I give her prunes and duphalac on a regular basis.

A. the baby is 20 months of age as far as possible avoid giving medicines for constipation in some babies this type of constipation with continue up to 3 to 4 years of age you adequate water lot of fruits and vegetables
