Q.
my 20 month baby boy does not make stool regularly. forwhich stool become hard so he cries. he is active. plz give me solution easy making stool.

Constipation is usually a very common complaint faced multiple times in many cases and become chronic symptom in most of them just because of vicious cycle made as a result of diet related factors including decrease intake of fibre diet along with lesser liquid intake .
Aggrevating factors could be higher intake of food like maida banana milk and sometimes some medicine like iron supplimentafftion .
Treatment include a combined approach of diet counseling and medicine to soften the stool .
Occasionally investigation are required in some cases to rule out other medical conditions .
