Q.

my 2 yrs son not eating any spicy foods i just prepare food seperately for him he eats that well. but some are saying if he dint had spicy foods now when he growing up also he wont eat is that true ? is it necessary to add more spices in his food

A. have all fruits, veggies in your diet. home cooked fresh indian food with indian spices is perfect. at 2 years child should eat everything from youe plate. slowly introduce spices one by one. introduce good eating habits right from the beginning.

A. it is good that baby don't like spicy food... eating spicy food are not good for their digestive system... try to include a variety of food in his diet.. if you want you can give him mild spices like cinnamon, cumin, etc...

A. nothing like that n even spicy food is not good for babies too..add other flavours instead of chili n all ..chillies n strong spices are not good for babies..as they grow habbits keeps on changing..
