my 2 yrs baby is constantly burping from 2days. why does that happen and what is the remedy to stop burping and what are the merges to be taken?

To help prevent hiccups
Eat slowly and avoid gulping food or beverages.
Chew food thoroughly before he or she swallows.
Avoid drinking through a straw.
Avoid chewing gum or eating hard candy.
