RachelMom of a 5 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. For 2 year old, 10 kg is not that bad. But if he physically too weak, it's better to consult his pediatrician.
As per diet I would suggest
1. Breakfast - Idli, dosa, poha, upma, roti, Paratha etc
2. Post breakfast - Milk shake or fruit juice
3. Lunch - Dal roti sabji
4. Evening - Snacks like aloo Buji, panner Buji, kheer, biscuits etc
5. Dinner - roti sabji
6. Milk before sleep
This was my son's routine, he was also only 10kg when 2 year
Engage in physical activities like running, jumping etc.. Being a mom you can play along with him which will make the child happy.

please encourage your child for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
