Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. it is normla for the baby. No need to worry for same as it is normal for babies at this time but if you feel then can consult a near by doctor for examination of baby and Medicine if any required after the examination .

If During the night time your child is laughing in sleep then that’s normal baby If the baby is sleeping and dreaming about something and because of that your child is laughing so that’s very very normal but if your child is constantly behaving like this then you should get it checked
