A. Hi dear Giving meal in between the night is not a healthy option. So, I would suggest u to stop giving meal or anything to eat once baby has Proper dinner. Secondly Biting lower lip, is not the sign that baby is hungry. This is just a habit.

A. Hi Mam, the food you mention, my gal eats that at night, she eats a whole chapati with sabji, daal rice depends if she has space in her tummy then eats otherwise not. but after she plays almost 1-2 hr and then she again feels hungry before sleeping. or if she slept then in the midnight around 3-4 am she feels hungry. she bites her lower lip a lot so we get to know that she wants something to eat. could you please help me what else food I can give her in that case.

A. Hi mom Keep ceralac as the last option. As ur baby is 2 years old now, give all that you cook for your family. Give wholesome meal to ur baby in dinner like daal rice, chapati with any vegetables, chicken rice,, dalia etc so that baby tummy is full and sleep properly at night
