A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment acbcordingly along with a properv hydration .

A. Toddlers with allergies can show symptoms for long periods of time, such as the entire springtime season if they're allergic to pollen. Cold symptoms, on the other hand, usually resolve within two weeks.
