My 2 years baba has slight fever and loose motions Which medicine should I use ? Can I use nor metrogyl strup please

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than two years of age if baby is having fever and loose motions it is definitely infection better to consult a doctor for proper medication you can give enterogermina tube and zinconia 5ml 2 times a day
