My 2 years and 7 months baby poop is loose since 10 days. I hv tried derolac and carom sachet but there is no improvement..what should I gv him now?

A. if the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day and continue to give enterogermina tubes for 3 to 4 days
