Q.

My 2 year won’t eat food and the doctor has suggested not to give milk at all due to chronic constipation. What should I feed her? Any supplement for milk? Also she drinks milk around 3 am at night how should I stop that and what should I supplement it with as she cried a lot if we refuse milk.
