Q.

My 2 year old son does not want to eat anything. Can i give enzymes to improve appetite. If yes which is enzyme can be given and how to give ( dosage, frequency, how long can be given when to stop) . Note: doctor had prescribed Al5zyme when he was quite young (around 1 year age). Recently another doc prescribed aristozyme however I am doubtful about giving aristozyme as it is usually given to adults.

A. hi as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes so it is common problem among them just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food use natural herbs and spices like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child,it will work as natural appetizer encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him or her feel hungry.
