My 2 year old daughter's forehead hand nd foot is very hot but temperature is normal ie within 98degree..She s active and having food properly.. pls suggest..Is it normal

Well to 90°F is a normal temperature so it is not fever do not give any medicine still if you’re feeling the body is hot or much warmer then you can do cold sponging the temperature is going to go down with that but medicine would not be recommended as of now
