you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and early treatment of the Decayed milk teeth..
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

A. good afternoon I would just a committee to make sure that you follow proper dental care for your child but apart from that there is nothing was that can be done about it these are milk teeth and will eventually fall off
