My 2 year old daughter has passed stool with mucus 7-8 times. We took her to doctor. He prescribed ofloxacin and ORS. She has again passed green stool with mucus and caught fever. Fever came down after crocin intake. Is it food poisoning or something serious?

A. Hello dear parent! Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. If the problem is persistent even after medication then it needs further medical evaluation. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
