my 2 year old daughter don't sleep only sleep 6 hours out of 24 totally active full day weight 13 we are unable to manage

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist1 week agoA. hi mom some kids are very active dont worry limit her sugar intake if she is taking in more quantity give milk add a pinch of nutmeg and see if it improves her sleep
