my 2 year old daughter does not speak well, whenever we try to talk to her she ran away, she only speak mama ,papa,cow,come,and she talks according to her mood .why?

A. if the child is 2 years also if the child is saying few words and understanding the things properly and if tthe hearing of the child is good you should not worry
