A. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should get cleaned with your clean finger. if it is not decreasing in intensidty after cleaning then you will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue. it is advisable to get the child examine by the doctor.

A. Those are common medications I don’t think so this black tongue is because of that if you’re giving any iron supplement that that can definitely be one of the biggest reasons currently I’m going to recommend you to brush the teeth of your child properly and clean the tongue with the help of her toothbrush or a tongue cleaner that will help if needed consult your doctor
