my 2 year old boy has not started speaking . he just mamle sometimes

You Just see if it is required take a consultation from a speech therapist at least you’ll be more sure about it and that way you will know if there is a disorder or a delay accordingly if required then adviser with some therapy so you can wait up till the age of three years also
