my 2 year old boy has high fever (102) with crankiness and less appetite since 2 days but there is no caugh chills and runny nose.. please suggest me what should I do..

A. You should give Crocin syrup to tue child and repeat the dose after every five to six hours interval avd give more liquids to the child and fruits and light to digest foods
