Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Does he understand directions or instructions? Is he able to speak few words? If not, it is better to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be started at the right time. A 2 year old should be able to speak atleast 50-100 words. He should be able to understand instructions or directions. He can also speak 2-3 words sentences.
