Q.

My 2 year old baby upper first two molars have decayed. Do they fall out as milk teeth fall or are they counted in permanent molars?

A. they will fall at the age 10-11 years. so you need to preserve them till then. do not ignore this and visit a Dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it treatment

A. hi as your child is 2 year old,it should be fall out as milky teeth. but better to visit your pediatric dentist for once. please brush your child teeth twice in a day. use low flouride toothpaste for this avoid giving cold , sticky and sugary food items. maintain good hygiene.
