My 2 year old baby is suddenly having 102 fever without any symptoms of cold and cough or stomach infection,every six hours he is taking paracetamol 250 /4ml What can be the possible reason for fever??

A. usually sudden appearance of fever is mostly viral and it can continue for three or four days and then it should subside but it is advisable that after third day of fever if it is not decreasing meet your doctor
