My 2 year old baby is having 102 fever without any symptoms. No cold n cough,no stomach infection ,What can be the possible reason ?

A. It’s difficult to judge right now so give calpol to baby after every five to six hours interval and sponge bath the baby to reduce body temperature and give plenty of liquids to keep body temperature down and keep a check on uribe output
