Q.

my 2 year old baby had only formula milk. if she had a cows milk, it made constipation problems. any alternative for formula milk.

A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is toleratinxg that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can removex the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

A. If your child enjoys milk, consider switching him or her to soy milk, which has been shown to soften stools. If your child in unable to consume milk, then offer a multivitamin or other sources of calcium (fortified orange juice).
