my 2 year old baby girl having cold from yesterday nd runny nose continues...can I wash my baby hairs..and suggest me some home remedies to cure her runny nose she is not sleeping well at night also

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Avoid giving head bath during running nose and steam inhalation and put nasoclear nasal drops to relieve nasal congestion and give warm liquids like soups and while sleeping keep head little elevated

You should avoid washing the hair of the child and if you want to watch it it’s important that you wash it but do proper blow dry after that because of the wetness is going to be there in the scalp than the cold is going to increase as of now you can go for any antiallergic medicine and you can give steam to the child inWrite Your Answer Here
