Q.

My 2 year old baby boy got fever of 102 degrees yesterday we gave dolo syrup 3 times by morning. Still fever was coming and going. So we took to hospital and got tested for COVID and it’s negative. Paediatrician gave antibiotics signclav twice a day. Now after 2 dosages in the night at 1 am his fever is 103.1 degrees. The doctor told to use medicines fir 2 days and consult him if fever doesn’t come down. What should I do now? Should I wait for 2 days as doctor said or consult him in the morning itself.
