my 2 year kid have white spots on both the knees.do we need to worry?

A. White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluagution by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .g
