my 2 year baby has mutiple caries and brown color deposit in front teeth ....although oral hygene is fillwed since very begining...His sugar intake is also not high...can sumone tellme ..why is this happening...

A. Hi. caries occur usually due to lack of proper oral hygiene or due to frequent intake of sticky sweetened food products in the diet.. other reason could be due mineral deficiencies
