shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom definitely you need to go proper supplement to the child by asking your after as the HP level is very low along with dad you need to give a diet to which is rich in iron green leafy vegetables to the child you can make soup of it give carrot beetroot pomegranate it will be helpful
