Mostly it could be due to the similar kind of food that you are giving to the child so I would recommend you to go ahead with giving different varieties first try to find out what your child likes to eat and accordingly you can make something around and also start with Iron and multivitamin supplement because sometimes it is can happen due to deficiency also
