Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is too big safed generally that baby may be having putting up the tongue because of fungal infection it is better once you consult a doctor for examination .

U Should clean the tongue of the child with a silicon tongue cleaner whenever you are giving a bath to the child it’s important and after every feeding you should clean the tongue of the child with a soft cloth so that we get clean is basically it is believed that gets accumulated on the town
