my 2 months old baby neck round small white patches it's normal or not ?

White patches with a child is usually because of deficiency of calcium or dryness in the skin these are two things so regularly apply good cream or lotion and sometimes it could be due to fungal infection as well as skin related problem so you can check with your doctor as well
