my 2 months 10 days old baby is finding difficulty in pooping.. he is pooping once in a day. is it okay to poop for one day? how many times should a 2 months old child poop per day?and my baby is keep on crying .. can I use gripe water or any other syrup to relieve his pain kindly suggest

A. no gripe water s. Gas can cause discomfort to baby . Give only mother milk to baby , avoid use of bottle feeding or formula milk . burp baby after every feed for 20 minutes by keeping baby upright on shoulder. You can do cycling motion of the legs and also massage tummy gently in morning . Can give gastica drops 1ml to baby for gas. Coliky pain is maximum at night time and and makes the baby cry whole night and disturb sleep . give drops meftal spas or colicaid 0.5 ml at evening or night time .
