Q.

My 2 month old sucks his hand and when I stop he cries My granny says he gets milk in his hands let him suck Is it so?

A. No, it is just a habit and nothing else. Sucking thumb is a form of activity which is very common among the infants as tot is a replication of breast suckling kindly. there is nothing to worry about

A. No. Milk only comes from the mother's breasts. The baby cannot produce milk through his fingers. So it is completely a myth. thumb or finger sucking is normal so don't worry let the child explore his body parts just ensure to maintain hygiene
