my 2 month old has cold and cough she is on formula and also from last week she poop on alternate day and also her poop is mehendi green color

Don’t worry about the colour of motion as it might be due to cold and also due to formula milk if consistency f the stool is normal then nothing to worry and steam Inhalation will help by using a vaporiser and apply ajwain infused in mustard oil on chest abd dole if the feet of baby and put few drops of eucalyptus oil close to his pillow
