my 2 month old baby not pooping since last 7 days.. before she had her one and half month vaccination since then not passing stool.. she is taking breastfeeding.. also passing gas.. any suggestions. please guide

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 2 months baby not passing stool for 1 week There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
