My 2 month old baby having wounds around the anus area past 1 month.. consulted doctor..she gave antifungal ointment but the problem is not yet resolved.. I have attached the image for your reference.. kindly guide me how to get rid of such wounds..

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes it looks like a fungal infection and keep on using ointment and also maintain proper hygiene and also clean it with Luke warm water and also apply coconut oil after wash. Take care
