my 2-month-old baby has been doing a little watery poop from the past 3 days, can it be diarrhea, can it go on its own any medicine for loose motion

Hello, is your baby exclusively on breastfeeding?? if yes then there is nothing to worry.. but if not then better to visit a doctor. also please check if you have changed formula if any is given or have you started with cows milk.. if yes then please stop.

Get your baby personally examined by the doctor and seek for advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand.
