Both the things are completely normal with kids so I don’t see anything for you to be worried in this because kids can make different sounds while sleeping and taking feeding that’s normal and split up usually happens when the child is suffering with stomach reflects which is common with kids in the initial time of six months to 1 year so try and feed your child only on demand
