A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid foodd has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medicatiodns are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

A. hi dear As long as your baby is feeding normally and gaining weight (1 to 2 pounds a month), don't worry about the number of poops. Some babies 2 months or older poop once a day or more often. Other babies poop once every few days or even once a week.
