Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. constipation in small babies is very common and is more with formula milk. Usually constipation of few days is considered as normal in babies below 6 months of age,you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day to hyyour child will and give frequent feeding, usually medicoines or suppositories are avoided in such a case .if baby is having gastric pain you can give collicaid drops.give proper tummy time and burping to avoid gastric trouble.
