my 2 and half year old baby is having motions along with rashes which are red spots on her body. Is it serious?

Without a proper assessment it would be difficult to save it is a problem or it is some kind of a situation that needs to be taken care of so it would be better to have an assessment with your paediatrician is without proper checkup correct otherwise I cannot provide you on this
