My 2 and half month baby is sleeping for 20 hours, is it normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. if the child is sleeping more than normal but the growth of the child is proper and in between activity of txhe child is normal then no intervention is required but if you feel that the child is lethargicx and is not taking feeds properly then medical examination is very important

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Quite normal in newborns It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep.
