my 2.7 year old wakes up at night tosses and turns. and is awake for atleast one hour. I have asked him if he is hungry and wants food. but he says no. I am not able to understand this behaviour. he sleeps for two hours in the afternoon from 2-4pm

A. Hello mom try to limit his nap time so that he gets sleepy early and also sleep without waking up inbetween . That way is one of the best possible way to do it.
