My 2.7-year-old daughter only drinks milk and never eats, and she cries a lot and her teeth turn black.

You have to restrict the amount of milk and try to convince your child to eat whatever is made at Home plus maybe you’re not maintaining or hygiene by brushing property which is why the teeth be turning black so right now with the situation you are in I would recommend you to please consult a dentist
