Q.

My 2.5 yrs old girl sleeps so late in the night. Her afternoon nap is around 1:30pm to 4 pm . Even then she sleeps at 2:30- 3 am in the night. We are so worried. What should I do to improve her sleeping habit so that she could sleep on time at night.

A. Hello my dear parent! Limit the screen time in the mornings and ensure that your child is physically active. It is important for the child to sleep well to have a proper growth and immunity. You can check with your doctor in this matter.
