my 2.5 yrs old daughter coughs heavily during night but a few times in daytime. she has no other symptoms like fever or running nose or sore throat. is it bacterial infection or something else?

A. You must consult your paediatrician avd get a chest examination done and steam inhalation will help in relieving coughing and give warm liquids avd start giving one teaspoon honey mixed with fewdrops of ginger and tulsi in it twice a day
