my 2.5 year old son playing with fingers joining 1st two fingers together seeing through hole when I saw him he was smiling at me and stop playing like that knowingly he s doing .is this is normal?should I worry about autism

A. It seems quite normal. Why r u worried. Keep monitoring if your doubtful please I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now. Take care.
